Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager for a budget property in Derby to oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. . Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage services.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement organisational policies, procedures, and standards aligned with brand guidelines.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally to maintain excellent service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures, P&L.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all departments.
- Promote a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, professionalism, and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications:
